Psychotherapy sessions run weekly for 60 minutes, possibly on the same day and at the same time, to guarantee stability and continuity.

The first session is the opportunity for both of us to meet in person and get a sense of whether we can work together. You can ask questions, talk about yourself and your concerns or any other specific issues you might have. We then decide together how to proceed.

It is good practice to meet initially for a minimum of six sessions and then review the work done together. Should you wish to continue, we will commit to six more sessions and so on, until you feel your needs have been fully met.

In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom’.
